In the next coming years, two logistic centers will be established in Lithuania

In the coming years two logistic centers will be established in Lithuania, said the Deputy General Director of JSC "Lithuanian Railways" Stasis Gudvalis at the II International Conference " rail transit of steel and mining goods of Russia".

One will be located in Vilnius, the other - in Kaunas. The construction of the logistic center in Vilnius is scheduled to be completed by the 2013. According to S. Gudvalisa for the construction of this center it is planned to spend about 34 million euros. "First, the terminal will be built, and then everything else" - he said.

In Kaunas, logistic center is to be built later. The ending of its construction is in 2014, according to the schedule, said the Deputy General Director of the Lithuanian Railways.
